F1 Teams
The Concept:
In Jan 2018, the CFO formed 4 strategic teams to support the vision of the Finance Department in areas including Departmental Performance, Innovation and Creativity, Human Capital Growth, and finally, Happiness and Employees Engagement. Below is a closer look at the teams' mandate and their achievements.

Objective:
Setting, Approving, and Monitoring the Strategic & Operational Key Performance Indicators.

Objective:
Gathering, Approving, and Executing the approved strategic innovative ideas.
F1ACADEMY
Objective:
Investing in the Human Capital, Executing the yearly training plan, and Running knowledge sharing sessions.
F1HAPPINESS

Objective:
Initiating and setting a yearly plan for the different social events and happiness activities.
