TEAM SWAT 1
Opex Per Barrel
Objective:
Submit a Proposal on how to reduce the Opex Per Barrel and enhance the cost efficiency. The Opex per Barrel is a world-wide critical indicator for any Oil and Gas Upstream company.
Members: Ali Al Hattawi, Irwan Lahuri, Biju John, and Nina Grishkeeva.
TEAM SWAT 2
Vendor Payments
Objective:
Propose a "Fast Track" and well structured protocols for the vendor payments. The objective is to process all the payments within a 30-Days period and improve the satisfaction level of the vendors.
Members: Fatma AlJaziri, Wahyu Marsono, Lalitha Saravanan, and Forozan Karimi.

Capex Utilization
Objective:
Propose a comprehensive plan on how to improve the capital utilization and avoid any deferrals to the following years. The objective is to improve the yearly financial planning and try to be as accurate as possible when it comes to resources allocation.

Objective:
Propose a plan on how to establish a fixed Assets Register. The objective is to enable the company to accurately record and maintain both financial and non-financial information pertaining to each asset.
