Formula One Teams are continually searching for improvement. Bouncing creative ideas around with teammates is a great way to get the juices flowing and make your team successful.
4 Honesty in Communication
There is a constant battle to make the race cars as safe as possible. Through that, team members can’t lie about statistics. It’s imperative always to be honest to reach our goals.
5 Comfortable With Disagreement
As much as teams strive for success, sometimes different opinions arise for success. Therefore, as an individual and group, you should move past these differences towards the common goal.
6 Always Celebrate Success
Celebrating the success of completing a race, whether you make it to the podium or not, is a great way to reward your team for the hard work it took to make the goal a reality.
