In October 2017, BinObood joined Dragon Oil as the Director of Finance.  He has over 19 years of leadership and financial experience, mainly in the Government Sector. BinObood earned a B.Sc degree in Accounting from the Higher Colleges of Technology in Dubai, an MBA from Zayed University, and a degree in Leadership from Harvard School.

Ahmad BinObood is a strong team builder and promotes an atmosphere that encourages high talented professionals to balance high-level skills with maximum production.  BinObood held several leadership positions, including the Director of Finance at Dubai Health Authority in 2006 and the Finance Director at Dubai Land Department in 2009.  In 2012, he also served as the Director of Finance at the Prime Minister’s Office.
BinObood received several recognition awards, such as the distinguished Government Employee across the Emirate of Dubai in 2005 within the Dubai Government Excellence Program.

In September 2019, BinObood was promoted to be the Chief Financial Officer of DragonOil.

Hanin Luqman is a highly committed finance professional with a robust career foundation at Dragon Oil, where she has steadily advanced her expertise since joining in 2016. A graduate of the University of Sharjah with a Bachelor’s in Finance, Hanin's journey reflects her commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth. She began her career in 2015 as a Trainee Accountant with the Government of Sharjah's Finance Department, gaining invaluable experience in public finance that set the stage for her future roles.

Starting at Dragon Oil as an Accounts Payable Accountant, Hanin quickly built skills in managing AP invoices, bank reconciliations, and vendor pre-qualification. In 2019, she transitioned to the Financial Performance section, where she expanded her role to include budget submissions, revisions, and overseeing vendor qualifications. This progression equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of Dragon Oil’s financial operations.

​Currently, as a Business Support Specialist in the CFO’s Office, Hanin is an integral part of the executive financial team, where she drives structure, precision, and insight across key financial initiatives. Her responsibilities cover a range of strategic and operational tasks that enhance the efficiency and impact of Dragon Oil’s finance function. Hanin frequently collaborates with various departments to provide financial insights, aiding in data-driven decisions that support the department’s operational goals. Known for her proactive approach, she anticipates challenges and crafts solutions that align with the Department’s objectives.  With a strong foundation in finance, a commitment to growth, and a collaborative spirit, Hanin plays a crucial role in supporting the CFO in maintaining Dragon Oil’s financial health and fostering operational excellence.

In Sept. 2016, Abegail Cayabyab joined Dragon Oil as a Document controller; she has 11 years of experience in various fields.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the College of the Immaculate Conception in the Philippines.

Before becoming a Dragon Oil employee, she is also a contractor in Dragon oil; since August 2014, she also worked in HR Department, assisting the Director of HR and specifically the Compensation and Benefits team.  After that, Abegail moved to the Finance Department as a support to the Director of Finance. Abegail is good at coordinating with the different sections of the Finance Department and giving consent. She has a positive energy that influences the Department and is a trustworthy employee.

Abegail is currently an Executive Personal Assistant under the CFO office.
